We are a private gallery institution, which was initiated and its programme is sponsored by the Brno entrepreneur Igor Fait. In addition to systematically building a quality exhibition programme, the gallery aims to support the development of contemporary art.

The Besední dům in Ivančice is an important Neo-Renaissance cultural and social building from the end of the 19th century, located on Tesař Square. After extensive reconstruction, it serves as the town's cultural centre with a main hall and a restaurant.

The regional gallery focuses on the presentation of contemporary art and the work of painter Josef Jambor. The collection of his works is presented within its own programme or on loan to other institutions. It supports young and medium-sized artists with an emphasis on the phenomenon of landscape. The chateau horticulture with greenhouses, situated in the south-western part of the chateau grounds, is an integral part of this complex built since the 1860s.
