The Museum of the War of 1866 is part of the Museum of Eastern Bohemia in Hradec Králové. It brings the events of the Prussian-Austrian War of 1866 to life for visitors through the personal stories of soldiers and civilians.

The Archa building on the grounds of the Gayer Barracks is the newly revitalized home of the Museum of Eastern Bohemia in Hradec Králové. The building serves as the headquarters of the Hradec Králové Region Center for Creative Museology, and a new natural history and archaeological exhibition will open there in the future.

The 17th-century Romanesque church can be found in the beautiful surroundings of the Jirásek Gardens near the confluence of the Elbe and Orlice rivers. However, it has not stood here since time immemorial, it was moved to the town only in the 20th century.

Staré Ždánice Chateau, the former residence of Ždánice millers from 1877, later rebuilt by Baron Nathaniel Philippe de Aras into a romantic chateau. The chateau is open to the public during cultural events and guided tours.

Exhibition of situational plans of bastion forts in Bohemia, especially the Josefov Fortress. Another exhibition is "Medical service of armies during the World Wars", a historical police station or army canteen. From Bastion X you can take a guided tour of Ravelin XIV and Bastion IX.

In the building of Ravelin No. XIV there is a museum where artifacts related to the history of the fortress are located - original working tools, a cross from the church tower, firearms and stabbing weapons and much more. The building is open irregularly, and the annual New Year's Eve shooting is held at Ravelin No. XIV on December 31.

A unique section of the above-ground and underground defensive system of the Josefov Fortress, which ranks among the top works of fortification construction of the second half of the 18th century. Part of the premises is used for the exhibition of cannons and artillery ammunition. The guided tour of the building is accessible from Bastion X.
