The ruins of Frýdštejn castle is one of the three castles of the Jablonec district. The first mention dates back to 1385. The castle was written about in Karolina Světlá's book "About Krejčíkovic Anežka". Operation of a hunting lodge. We offer Baroque-style interiors, a feast hall with distinctive acoustics, a viewing gallery and a tower with an oval floor plan. On the first floor you can find a 16-metre high banquet hall with distinctive acoustics and on the second floor an observation gallery.

Operate a toy museum. Exhibits on display date from 1940 to 1989. There is an old school classroom with books and equipment from around 1950.

The information centre is located in the House of Jana and Josef V. Scheybal's house, which also houses the MY Municipal Gallery and the attic exhibition space.

Cultural life has a very long tradition in Sobotka. Already in the middle of the 19th century there was an amateur theatre in one of the oldest theatre halls in the Czech countryside (former Baroque salt house in No. 5 on the square).
