We run a museum displaying exhibitions on the subject of the Skaš toy. The first references to the production of wooden toys in the village of Skašov date back to the 18th century. Toys were made of spruce wood, smaller parts were made of aspen, lime and birch wood. The toys were painted and decorated with paints.

The Baroque chateau was built in 1721 and forms a valuable whole with the Gothic church and the Classicist rectory. The historic interior of the apartment, which was built into the original house in 1933-1934, was based on a concept by Adolf Loos, which was developed by Loos's pupil and collaborator Heinrich Kulka. Today the building is managed by the West Bohemian Gallery.
