We operate a museum in the building of the Franciscan monastery with a mineralogical collection and exhibits from the history and life of the monastery in three exhibition areas. We organize lectures and events for visitors and schools. The monastery includes gardens with a vineyard, animals and refreshments.
Educational and leisure facility linking themed museum displays with historic workshops of traditional building crafts, which, as well as presenting their equipment, also offer the opportunity to try out specific craft skills.
Tours of the former Cistercian monastery complex. The life of the monastery began in 1144, when it was founded by the then Prince Vladislav II, and its current appearance was influenced by Baroque reconstructions. After the dissolution of the monastery in the 19th century, it became the dominion of the Metternich family. It can host weddings.
The courtyard is an important evidence of the development of rural folk architecture not only in the Pilsen region. Since 2008 it has been a national cultural monument. Come and enjoy the rural idyll in the city.
