The historic house is part of the tour routes of the Museum of Bojkovsko, there is an exhibition of the original housing of the poorest strata of the population of Bojkovice. The house was awarded the Folk Building of the Year of the Zlín Region in 2022.

A guided tour offers an insight into the life and work of millers in the first half of the 20th century. This cultural monument is an important document of the technical equipment of water mills of the last century.

A mobile office measuring 6 x 6 m in a skyscraper in Zlín. The office, which belonged to J. A. Bata, was put into operation in the autumn of 1939. The elevator with the office is able to travel at a speed of 0.65 m/s. It is still functional and used for tours. It is advisable to book 1 - 2 weeks in advance.
