We carry out surveying and land development work. We specialise in measuring and evaluating vertical and horizontal displacements of structures and deformations. We perform creation of base maps, digitization of siding plans.

We provide surveying work and plans, land boundary marking, building surveying, documents for design work (purpose map), providing documents on the course of utilities, activities of a surveyor in construction, documents for the entry of apartments into the land register, documents for lease agreements (BOMA, DIN).

Our surveyors provide complete land surveying and geodetic work - surveying (marking out of buildings, monoliths, land), surveying (surveying of buildings, mapping for projects, hot pipelines), geometric plans, easements and owner's declarations. We work throughout the Czech Republic and abroad.

I will prepare surveying documents and geometric plans. We offer delineation of property boundaries and building objects, establishment of points of the delineation network, documents for design work, positioning, elevation of profile measurements, surveying and calculations of cubature, documentation of the actual design of buildings or land division.

I deal with creating documents for projects, I lay out small buildings (houses), I make geometric plans for land division and for new buildings, I lay out land boundaries. I also offer surveying of the actual condition of small buildings.
