Carrying out geodetic works.

Carrying out all types of surveying work. We offer geodetic surveying of new and existing buildings for approval, surveying of extensions, land division, land demarcation, marking of easements. Furthermore, we offer the delineation of building objects, documentation of the actual execution of buildings and calculations of cubic capacity.

I provide surveying services to both individuals and businesses. I primarily operate in Prague-East, but I am available within a radius of approximately 50 km from Říčany. The most commonly requested surveying services include: geometric plans for the real estate cadastre, property boundary staking, building site staking, and utility connection surveys.

We perform complete surveying work. We provide map documents for design work - semi- and altimetric plan, building layout, geometric plans for approval and registration in the Land Registry, building passports.
