We are engaged in the construction of wooden buildings.

We design and build our own development projects - single family homes, condominiums and garages, individual homes and sale of developed building lots.

We manufacture mobile homes and year-round mobilehomes designed for recreation and permanent living. We offer mobile offices for businesses, locker rooms, stalls and stables. Mobile homes have their own chassis. They can be easily moved without the need for a crane or tractor. It meets all necessary construction, safety and fire standards.

We carry out wooden buildings, rough construction, roofs, loft conversions, garden houses. We carry out insulation of buildings, anhydrite floors. We install windows. For the realization of buildings we use the so-called American method. The construction is therefore carried out on site, which makes the construction variable and efficient.

We provide design and implementation of wooden buildings with a focus on natural materials. We focus on doors, heat pumps, solar collectors, passive houses, forced ventilation systems with heat recovery, windows and skylights, thermal insulation and more.

NOVAREKO Czechia s. r. o. is a system implementer of complex construction of family houses, apartment houses and commercial buildings. We choose the construction system according to the requirements of the specific project. We are responsible for the whole process from project preparation to the handover of the building. We operate in Moravia. We build systemically.

We manufacture and build turnkey houses throughout the Czech Republic using modern technology. The basis of EUhouses are thick walls up to 45cm, so in terms of strength and structural strength of the walls, we have no competition. It is because we are different from others that we became the 3rd finalist in the Vodafone Company of the Year 2017 competition.
