We carry out development projects in the Czech Republic. The projects are executed with an emphasis on exceptional and functional architecture, maximum comfort and with respect for the environment.

We realize wooden buildings made of solid wood. The walls of our houses consist of three layers of solid wood without embedded PVC (vapor barrier) foils. The panel itself is diffusion open. We can reduce the construction of the house to 5 months with perfect preparation before the start of the implementation.

We build low-energy family houses on a turnkey basis - wooden houses and classic brick structures. We offer you a tour of already built houses. We will modify the standard houses according to your requirements. Since 2009 we have built over 1300 houses.

Since 1996 we have been implementing projects for residential (Rohan City, Smíchov City, BelariePark, Rezidence Korunní, Rezidence Čakovice) and commercial use (T-Mobile, Nestle, NTK, Česká spořitelna).
