I deal with interior design of houses and apartments including independent furnishing. I provide architectural and design services for new construction and renovation of houses, additions, loft conversions and landscaping. I provide graphic designs.

Design activities - preparation of studies, documentation for building permits and building notification, documentation of demolition works, author's supervision and engineering.

We also deal with projects of commercial buildings and interiors. We design interiors of offices, restaurants, surgeries or shops.

I offer the services of an architect. I prepare architectural studies in 2d, building projects for construction management, including engineering.

The studio was founded by Ing. arch. Michal Kutálek in 2008. A typical feature of the work is the effort to escape from established stereotypes and the search for new forms and adequate solutions tailored to the client. We process projects from architectural studies, through building permits and "implementation" to author's supervision.
