I am engaged in the creation of project documentation for new buildings and building modifications of houses and apartment buildings, production and storage halls, apartment cores and in all phases of project work.

We carry out all construction works including project documentation. Our activities include turnkey construction, new buildings, reconstruction, modernization of the house, loft conversions, insulation of houses, utility connections, landscaping, fencing. We also carry out real estate appraisal.

I run a design office. I offer engineering services, preparation of project documentation, expert studies and reports, cost control during construction, construction and technical supervision. I also arrange the necessary building permits. I realize 3D visualizations.

Since 1999, we have been offering heat and medical projects, gas, water and sewer lines. We provide gas equipment inspections, training or building assessments. We provide energy saving consultancy and deal with new technologies for low energy and passive houses.

Design documentation of low-energy and passive buildings (certified passive house designer). Specialization in wooden buildings. Energy specialist registered on the MIT list - preparation of PENB (building energy performance certificate), assessments for the New Green Savings Programme.

We provide design activities in construction including property valuations and expert reports. We provide construction supervision.

I offer structural design of civil engineering structures and structural assessments. I provide services of a certified structural engineer.

I offer project work in the construction industry (surveys, studies, projects for zoning and building procedures including the necessary documents). Also preparation of visualizations and representation in negotiations with authorities.

We are engaged in project activities in the field of civil engineering including consultancy. We provide suggestions for colour solutions for facades or interiors (bathrooms, kitchens, etc.). We carry out projects for building permits, zoning permits or construction implementation.

Offer design and engineering work or consultancy. We provide technical supervision of the investor, reconstruction, turnkey construction, installation of building accessories and interior design.

We provide budget cost analysis, creation of financial and construction schedules and bills of quantities. We specialize in the civil portion, medical plumbing, piping, communications. We will provide an indicative pricing using the THU construction calculation.
