Our design activity includes almost all fields of construction: construction projects new houses, complete reconstruction, partial reconstruction, water supply connections, internal water supply, sewerage connections, internal sewerage, cesspools, pressure sewerage, pumping pits, storm sewerage.

We provide geodetic work, geometric plans, easements and delineation of property boundaries and buildings. We offer engineering and cadastral surveying. We provide documents for the preparation of project documentation. We operate in Moravia, especially in the Olomouc Region.

I offer designing of transport structures.

I offer project work in construction. I process projects in the field of HVAC. I focus on the distribution of central heating, gas installations, air conditioning and connections - gas, water and sewage. I carry out engineering activities and provide statements of the concerned administrators.

I offer electrical design work and construction supervision.

We design and provide realization of individual family houses and other buildings including interior in passive or low-energy design. We provide preparation of documentation for zoning proceedings and building permits. We offer author's supervision, assistance in the selection of contractors or budget management.

We process construction budgets in the Kros4 program for water management constructions, we provide design work for water supply and sewerage systems.

We are engaged in engineering, design, real estate and consulting activities in the construction industry. We offer processing of building passports, energy performance certificates and legalization of unauthorized buildings. We process planning permission through the builder's portal. We process documents for subsidies to repair grandmother's house.
