Projects and construction of houses. As standard we construct foundations with lying drains, waterproofing with insulation against medium radon, perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry made of Durisol, non-load-bearing partitions, ceiling construction and complete roof.

Family houses, interiors and gardens. I offer a complete architectural study and provide documentation for project documentation for building permits. Low energy, passive or smart homes. I will help with the processing of the subsidy from the NZU fund, provide supporting documents. I will prepare designs and visualizations.
