I am engaged in the performance of professional activities in construction. I offer design activities and construction management. I carry out construction and technical surveys and author's and technical supervision.

I offer the services of an authorized structural engineer and expert consultant for passive and low-energy houses made of natural materials.

We are a design, static office. We provide structural assessments and calculations of reinforced concrete (monolithic and precast), steel, timber and masonry structures, as well as foundation and superstructure structures. We prepare drawings for all stages of construction.

The studio was founded by Ing. arch. Michal Kutálek in 2008. A typical feature of the work is the effort to escape from established stereotypes and the search for new forms and adequate solutions tailored to the client. We process projects from architectural studies, through building permits and "implementation" to author's supervision.

Designing in the field of statics and dynamics of buildings: static assessments of houses, prefabricated buildings and building modifications, calculations, projects of demanding reconstructions, assessments of structures under fire. I offer design of steel, timber and concrete structures, verification of fire resistance of buildings and assessment of historical buildings.

Design office. Preparation of complete documentation for construction management or construction implementation. We design houses, apartment buildings, industrial halls, reconstruction, extensions, etc.

I provide valuation of buildings in the form of itemized budgets, preparation of project documentation.

Offering design and engineering activities in construction including building passporting. We provide studies and visualizations of buildings, architectural designs, documentation for zoning proceedings, building permits and for construction execution, property inspections - assessment of the condition of the building before its purchase.

Implementation of technical supervision of buildings, preparation of expert opinions and statics of buildings.

Designing of houses, garages and ancillary buildings including their modifications for building permits and building announcements, building passports (surveying and plotting of the existing condition), projects to apply for subsidies in the Green Savings Programme. Procurement of opinions and execution of building permits.

Provision of professional services in planning and building management. Representation of persons before building authorities, including administrative courts. Ensuring the processing of administrative actions, cassation complaint documents.
