I provide structural engineering services and design services for single-family homes. I prepare structural engineering reports, designs for load-bearing structures, and project documentation for new construction, renovations, and additions. I emphasize safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions.

We carry out passport surveys of buildings, houses, apartments and structures and documentation of the actual design. Thanks to 3D laser scanning and Matterport technologies we create accurate 3D models, drawings and virtual inspections. We also offer interactive maps, drone photomaps and BIM models for efficient property management.
