The goal of arbitration is to conduct arbitration quickly and inexpensively based on the principles of fairness.

We act as a court for property disputes such as non-payment of debts, invoices and rent. We adjudicate disputes where the outcome will affect the property of the parties and also suggest their arbitrator. It uses 30 arbitrators who are university educated professionals, experienced lawyers or economists.

We bring together independent arbitrators to resolve property disputes. We create optimal conditions for the development of arbitration. We provide organizational, economic, administrative and technical activities of arbitrators. We strive for the development and application of arbitration in the sense of the Arbitration Act in the Czech Republic.

The office deals with out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in the field of insurance (except for life insurance disputes).

I act as a liquidator of commercial corporations, mediator and ad hoc arbitrator according to the Act No. 216/1994 Coll. I provide services throughout the Czech Republic and, by agreement, abroad.

Our specialization is educational and training activities for arbitrators, administrative services and all services of organizational and economic nature. We offer the introduction of the institute of arbitration and the use of the services of arbitrators.

We handle intellectual property rights litigation, patents, trademarks and licensing. We provide knowledge mediation on legal and other intellectual property and unfair competition issues to the professional community. We provide assistance in administrative matters.

We are engaged in organizing arbitration proceedings, which provides debt recovery mainly for non-bank lenders, telecommunications companies, leasing companies and others.

Operation of the Czech Chamber of Arbitrators.

The main objective of the institute is to raise the level of out-of-court dispute resolution.

The Arbitration Court of the HC CR and the AC CR conducts arbitration proceedings resulting in the efficient resolution of property disputes between Czech and foreign entities. A new feature is online arbitration. Consultancy activity in the drafting of contracts.
