We act as a court for property disputes such as non-payment of debts, invoices and rent. We adjudicate disputes where the outcome will affect the property of the parties and also suggest their arbitrator. It uses 30 arbitrators who are university educated professionals, experienced lawyers or economists.

We bring together independent arbitrators to resolve property disputes. We create optimal conditions for the development of arbitration. We provide organizational, economic, administrative and technical activities of arbitrators. We strive for the development and application of arbitration in the sense of the Arbitration Act in the Czech Republic.

We are engaged in organizing arbitration proceedings, which provides debt recovery mainly for non-bank lenders, telecommunications companies, leasing companies and others.

I act as a liquidator of commercial corporations, mediator and ad hoc arbitrator according to the Act No. 216/1994 Coll. I provide services throughout the Czech Republic and, by agreement, abroad.

The goal of arbitration is to conduct arbitration quickly and inexpensively based on the principles of fairness.

The office deals with out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in the field of insurance (except for life insurance disputes).

The Arbitration Court of the HC CR and the AC CR conducts arbitration proceedings resulting in the efficient resolution of property disputes between Czech and foreign entities. A new feature is online arbitration. Consultancy activity in the drafting of contracts.
