The goal of arbitration is to conduct arbitration quickly and inexpensively based on the principles of fairness.

An association of arbitrators, providing legal and organizational services to arbitrators and advocating their legitimate interests. Does not provide services to the public.

We bring together independent arbitrators to resolve property disputes. We create optimal conditions for the development of arbitration. We provide organizational, economic, administrative and technical activities of arbitrators. We strive for the development and application of arbitration in the sense of the Arbitration Act in the Czech Republic.

We act as a court for property disputes such as non-payment of debts, invoices and rent. We adjudicate disputes where the outcome will affect the property of the parties and also suggest their arbitrator. It uses 30 arbitrators who are university educated professionals, experienced lawyers or economists.

I act as a liquidator of commercial corporations, mediator and ad hoc arbitrator according to the Act No. 216/1994 Coll. I provide services throughout the Czech Republic and, by agreement, abroad.

We specialize in the collection of overdue debts, from entering the debt into the system, when we evaluate its legitimacy, through out-of-court or judicial recovery to possible enforcement and arbitration. We also offer solutions to difficult life, family or business situations and relationships.

We are engaged in organizing arbitration proceedings, which provides debt recovery mainly for non-bank lenders, telecommunications companies, leasing companies and others.

I run an arbitration office, provide arbitration and mediation.

The Association brings together independent arbitrators specialising in arbitration and mediators and provides them with administrative and other support necessary for the proper conduct of arbitration proceedings. It is also a forum for discussion and consultation and a platform for the exchange of experience in the field of arbitration and substantive law.
