We bring together independent arbitrators to resolve property disputes. We create optimal conditions for the development of arbitration. We provide organizational, economic, administrative and technical activities of arbitrators. We strive for the development and application of arbitration in the sense of the Arbitration Act in the Czech Republic.

We act as a court for property disputes such as non-payment of debts, invoices and rent. We adjudicate disputes where the outcome will affect the property of the parties and also suggest their arbitrator.
