The focus of the legal practice is general and includes drafting of claims, advising and drafting contracts of various types, debt recovery, dealing with family matters involving maintenance, child custody, divorce proceedings and property settlement, as well as offering representation in court and before the authorities, advice on debt relief and more.

I offer advocacy services. I focus on civil, commercial, foreclosure or employment law. I also handle debt collection, contract agency and real estate transfers.

I offer legal services in all branches of law with a particular focus on civil, family and commercial law including litigation. I also provide my services in the field of foreclosures and insolvency proceedings. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno.
