We provide development, production and service of grinding machines for the PRECIOSA Group as well as engineering production for external partners. The plant's activities are mainly focused on the precision production of parts in medium and large series on long-running machines.

We deal with metalworking, piece and small batch production of parts. We are engaged in the production of spare parts, repairs and overhauls of special machines, construction machinery, forestry equipment and agricultural equipment. Engines, gearboxes remanufacturing, reloading, repairs. Grooving, grinding. Cnc machining.

Metalkovo a. s. - specialist in sheet metal and metal processing. We offer laser cutting, bending, welding, powder and wet painting and assembly. Modern cnc technology and many years of experience in engineering.

We are engaged in reconstruction and modernization of machine tools, especially carousels and horizontal boring machines. We also offer our services in the field of metalworking and production of single-purpose machine tools. We are a young and dynamically developing company with extensive experience in the field.

We are a design office focused on CAD designs, development of mechatronic devices (robots, AGVs), production and repair of laboratory, astronomical and measuring equipment. We provide design and consulting services in the field of engineering and construction. We develop our own laser measuring system.

Sheet metal processing.

I deal with the complete production of parts, including heat treatment and surface treatment. In addition to CNC milling and surface grinding, I am able to produce smaller moulds, measuring and assembly fixtures, and carry out custom and small batch production. I co-operate with: lathe, EDM and cutting.
