We are a design office for civil engineering. We focus on new buildings and reconstruction of houses and flats. An important segment of our activity is the addition of new balconies or loggias to existing apartment buildings. Engineering and subsidy management is of course a matter of course.

Comprehensive design services from the basic concept, architectural study, project documentation of the building permit, to the actual implementation and author's supervision. I provide services in the field of small architecture, single-family houses to larger public space commissions.

We design fire protection, fire protection structures and heat and smoke extraction equipment. We carry out accurate fire hazard area delineation and calculations of the radiant intensity of structures and fire exposed areas.

Development, design, production (workshop) documentation and implementation of steel structures, static and dynamic calculations, reconstruction and inspections according to ČSN 73 2604.
