We provide professional management of project development from the investor's construction plan through project preparation to project implementation and commissioning.

The studio began operating independently in the fall of 2016. Its founders are Ing. arch. Štěpán Abt and Ing. arch. Juraj Smoleň. Our core values are, above all, a client-focused approach, personal dedication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

I am engaged in the design of civil engineering structures. I offer construction documentation, supervision and engineering in construction.

Architectural studio. We design houses throughout the Czech Republic. Comprehensive design services: architectural studies, planning and urban studies, reconstruction and interior design projects, projects for building permits, implementation documentation, budgets, PENB and visualization.

We offer preparatory and design work, statics, 3D visualization, design selection and creation of a draft contract for work and more.

For your energy saving projects we will prepare the overall administration, i.e. project documentation, energy assessment, tender procedures, preparation and completion of documentation for the application for support from subsidy programs. We will also provide a structural assessment and roof surveys.

We are a design office specializing mainly in the preparation of project documentation for load-bearing structures of buildings. However, we are also happy to provide you with complete delivery of project documentation including project management, coordination of professions and author's supervision.
