We are an architectural firm that has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1992. We offer architectural designs for new construction and renovations, as well as building design services, including engineering work related to obtaining the necessary approvals and permits. We operate throughout the Czech Republic and offer an initial consultation free of charge.

We design and build turnkey houses. You can choose from our standard houses in a low-energy design or we can create a customized project in cooperation with our architect. We also offer individual design - apartment buildings, commercial spaces, site planning, parking lots.

I offer individual projects including securing building permits. Family houses, apartment buildings, commercial premises, networks, smaller transport structures. I work with modern elements of low-energy and passive construction.

Family house projects - we design individual projects, type projects, energy-efficient and low-energy brick and prefabricated family houses (bungalow projects and bunk houses). We provide energy performance certificate, radon survey, geological and hydrogeological survey, fire report.
