We are an architectural firm that has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1992. We offer architectural designs for new construction and renovations, as well as building design services, including engineering work related to obtaining the necessary approvals and permits. We operate throughout the Czech Republic and offer an initial consultation free of charge.

We build turnkey houses. You can choose from our catalogue of family houses: bungalows, multi-storey, modern and from our house building programmes: cheap family houses, low-energy houses and self-build. We build family homes knowing that we are helping our customers build their homes for a happy life.

Family house projects - we design individual projects, type projects, energy-efficient and low-energy brick and prefabricated family houses (bungalow projects and bunk houses). We provide energy performance certificate, radon survey, geological and hydrogeological survey, fire report.
