We deal with the organization of construction preparation and the construction itself, the operation of real estate, its repair and maintenance. We also take care of organizational, economic and technical matters.

The Union is an organization that represents member cooperatives in negotiations with the Government, Parliament and other state and non-state bodies and organizations. It is a member of international cooperative organisations and maintains relations with foreign institutions of a similar type.

Bookkeeping related to the operation of the house, making bank payments based on the documents provided, ensuring the supply of energy for the house including the drafting of supplier contracts, ensuring inspections and revisions according to the applicable regulations and more.

We deal with the management of houses and housing stock. We provide construction of apartments in condominiums, single family homes, as well as construction of buildings with rooms not used for living, which we rent to our members.
