The purpose of the association is to purchase the ownership and subsequent management, maintenance and repairs of the apartment building No. 54 in Smetana Street in Rokycany.

SBD provides comprehensive condominium management services to cooperatives, communities, unit owners and municipalities throughout the county. Services offered include bookkeeping, inspections, repairs, renovations and payment control.

The Union is an organization that represents member cooperatives in negotiations with the Government, Parliament and other state and non-state bodies and organizations. It is a member of international cooperative organisations and maintains relations with foreign institutions of a similar type.

We provide administration of the housing fund, accounting for the housing fund, engineering activities. We offer economic, technical and legal services.

We provide comprehensive management, maintenance, inspection and repair of residential buildings and non-residential premises. We provide free economic, technical and legal advice within the administration. We offer control of management and handling of funds, insurance of common parts of houses and bookkeeping.
