We operate a housing cooperative.

We are engaged in the management and operation of residential and non-residential premises. We manage the common property of the cooperative. We carry out maintenance, repair and reconstruction of residential and non-residential buildings. We allocate vacant flats, conclude lease contracts.

We focus on property management, legal and accounting advice. We are also involved in the administration of funds for council flats and properties owned by private owners.

The Union is an organization that represents member cooperatives in negotiations with the Government, Parliament and other state and non-state bodies and organizations. It is a member of international cooperative organisations and maintains relations with foreign institutions of a similar type.
