The aim of our co-operative is to enable ordinary citizens to secure their own home without a mortgage loan or, where appropriate, to help them resolve existing liabilities on properties they already own.

The Union is an organization that represents member cooperatives in negotiations with the Government, Parliament and other state and non-state bodies and organizations. It is a member of international cooperative organisations and maintains relations with foreign institutions of a similar type.
