The aim of our co-operative is to enable ordinary citizens to secure their own home without a mortgage loan or, where appropriate, to help them resolve existing liabilities on properties they already own.

The housing cooperative was established on 16 July 2013 to provide management, maintenance and operation of the houses. The cooperative takes care of the common parts of the property and ensures all activities related to its operation and development in the interest of its members.
