We offer the organization of constituent meetings with a notary for newly formed communities, legal service, insurance, claims settlement and monitoring of the dates of mandatory revisions of electrical wiring of common areas.

We operate a housing cooperative.

Rental of apartments and non-residential premises and the provision of basic services ensuring the proper operation of apartments and non-residential premises in the houses.

We manage about 8000 housing units and 1400 garages in the territory of Kladno and its surroundings. The cooperative has a very productive management of the housing stock. As the privatization of the housing stock progresses, the cooperative is increasingly profiling itself as an experienced house manager (over 100 HOAs and two housing cooperatives).

We operate a housing association, manage apartment buildings, provide construction and rental properties. We pool the claims of our clients.
