I provide construction engineering, i.e. all negotiations with state authorities and network administrators to obtain a building permit, changes to the construction before completion or additional legalization of the construction. Furthermore, I prepare building permit documents and arrange for approvals. I focus especially on complicated projects.

We process all stages of project documentation of buildings from the conceptual study, through documentation for zoning proceedings or building permits, to the implementation of the construction itself. We deal with the implementation of development projects ranging from single-family houses and apartment buildings to amenity and service projects.
