PSN has been active on the Czech real estate market since 1991. From the beginning, it has focused mainly on the reconstruction of apartment buildings, but gradually expanded its activities and today, in addition to revitalization, it also focuses on the construction of modern residential and multifunctional projects.

We represent the development activities of Metrostav Group. During its existence, the company has successfully completed and put into use more than 2,800 flats in ten projects and a number of office buildings. We build development projects in Prague and elsewhere in the Czech Republic - new buildings, apartment buildings and offices.
