Our Residence is a complex of apartment buildings that will offer more than a hundred new apartments in a brand new location on the outskirts of Pelhřimov. Living on the outskirts and yet a short walk from the city centre. In close proximity to the Beachwell sports and leisure complex, school also with sports facilities, kindergarten and walking trails outside the town.

The company acts as an investor, developer and landlord of land and real estate. Currently the largest project is Residence KASKÁDA in Horní Kosov in Jihlava. Here, apartment houses, terraced houses and building plots for family houses are being built in several stages.
