We provide property management and maintenance. We are involved in monitoring the creation and use of the repair fund, planning repairs and maintenance of the house, contracting with contractors, housing and income advice and counselling, dealing with and recording comments on organisational and administrative activities.

We provide all building works including building supervision and waste disposal. We operate not only in the vicinity of Pribram, but after agreement throughout the Czech Republic. We offer reconstruction and rebuilding, property management and maintenance and more.

Offering property management and maintenance services and in particular preparation of repair and service fund bills, FO funding proposals, property repair plans. We provide contracting with contractors with subsequent invoicing, bookkeeping and payroll.

We provide preparation of documents for conclusion of contracts between SVJ and suppliers as well as removal of accidents. We provide preventive inspections of the house, including the provision of revisions, we keep a register of members and records of payment for services associated with the use of the apartment and arrange maintenance of the house.
