I am Jan Janků, a real estate agent with more than 13 years of experience in the industry. I believe that every client deserves an individual approach and the utmost care, which is why I try to listen to the needs and wishes of everyone who contacts me. My goal is to create long-term relationships based on trust and satisfaction.

We are a modern real estate agency. We mediate the rent and sale of apartments, houses, farms, land and recreational properties. We use the new real estate presentation. We provide expert assistance in obtaining mortgages and offer advisory and legal services. Real estate buying.

My name is Petr Chlanda and I help property owners sell their house, apartment or land without stress and at a great price. I have been working in the South and Central Bohemia region for a long time and I follow the development of the local real estate market. Thanks to this I can set the right sales strategy and reach serious buyers.

The real estate agency was established in 2019. The founder Tadeáš Vaverka decided to capitalize on his skills and abilities acquired in the real estate industry since 2013. With his team, he can offer, above all, a wealth of experience gained through cooperation with a large multinational real estate network and with regional RK.
