On an area of nearly 700 m2 in modernized premises, three fully equipped exercise rooms are at your disposal. We have prepared classes of weight training, BOSU, H.E.A.T., TRX, SPINNING®, pilates, yoga, zumba circuit training, as well as classes for children and pregnant women.

We offer aerobics, pilates, indoor cycling, body styling and fitness yoga classes. We organize sports weekends and summer recreation with exercise.

The gymnastic union brings together athletics, basketball, taekwondo, wrestling, sports training for children under 10, sports gymnastics, women's fitness training and footbag.
