At our training center, D&D Centrum Academy, we focus on developing goalies and hockey players. We operate a fitness center and provide personalized training for all athletes.

We offer a revolutionary concept in fitness. Exercise is based on the method of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), which acts on the body much more effectively than traditional training methods and thus significantly increases and deepens the effectiveness of the exercise - the whole body (up to 90% of the muscles) will be trained within 20 minutes.
