I provide my services to the general population, youth, amateur and professional athletes looking to increase their performance and strength, gain muscle mass, lose excess pounds, prevent injuries, improve their overall health!

MOYO MÍSTO is a movement and relaxation studio. Yoga, pilates, sm system, functional training, jumping fitness and massage are part of our practice. The room is also adapted to dance - it includes a mirrored wall, ballet barre and a quality sound system. The studio has a data projector, screen and many tools.

A sports and rehabilitation centre where every body's problems are heard and corrected. We offer individual training according to the client's capabilities. Group exercises, massages, nutritional counseling and help with creating a training plan, for example for entrance exams.

Our name says it all, our gym is open non-stop and therefore we don't know holidays, opening hours and we have no restrictions, just register and start working out whenever you feel like it.
