I am a certified fitness instructor, a graduate of the Bachelor's degree in Recreology in Physical Education and Sport at the Technical University of Liberec and a student of the Master's degree in Coaching and Sport Management.

We operate a fitness centre and a gym. We offer group classes for women and men. Cross Zone. Nutritional counseling and personal training.

Fitness only caters for women of all ages, children from 5yrs to 15yrs. The advantage of this gym is that there is an individual approach to all clients. I focus on women who are very overweight to morbidly obese and children.
