My name is Matěj Kresl and I work as a personal trainer in a private gym in Žižkov. Compared to classic commercial gyms, we have the opportunity to set ideal conditions for achieving the client's goals. I offer strength and conditioning training, both in preparation for athletes and for ordinary exercisers.

I am involved in spinal recovery exercise classes, regular Pilates classes and small ball exercise classes. The exercises are suitable for men and women of all ages. I also act as a personal trainer and counsellor. I offer Ballantes, Yogalates, Aqua-aerobics, Power Yoga or Bodystyling classes.

I have been working as a personal fitness trainer since 2016. I lead personal training and group classes. I specialize in developmental kinesiology in exercise functional training and stretching unlearning faulty p. stereotypes.
