I am a certified fitness instructor, a graduate of the Bachelor's degree in Recreology in Physical Education and Sport at the Technical University of Liberec and a student of the Master's degree in Coaching and Sport Management.

The fitness center features a spacious weight room, a cardio zone, and one aerobics studio offering a wide variety of group classes. You can take advantage of our services, our massage therapists, and a wide selection of sports nutrition products at our fitness bar. You can drop off your little ones in the kids’ play area, where we’ll take care of them while you work out.
