FitLock was born out of a simple need. We wanted fitness, which we lacked in Blansko. A place without crowds, with quality equipment and the possibility to come at any time.

We offer exercises on vibrating platforms that transmit vibrations to the body and cause a muscle tensing reflex. The exercises are free of sweating, exertion and changing clothes. Our machines help to rid the body of cellulite, lose weight, firm the figure and improve the skin.

We run a ladies gym. We offer personal exercise plan design, lessons with a trainer and body condition analysis. Parking and WiFi connection available.

The Women's Fitness Center delivers a functional 30-minute circuit workout that provides a comprehensive exercise program incorporating elements of cardiovascular and strength training. It strengthens muscles, tones the body, speeds up metabolism, burns fat and helps reduce weight.

I offer group exercise classes for women of all ages and fitness levels. I operate in Brno and its surroundings. I am also happy to create a customized diet and advise you on how to eat healthy.
