Group classes - yoga, tabata, pilates, health exercises, healthy back, core training. Fitness weekends, stays by the sea. We look forward to seeing you.

We offer more than 60 machines, 17 stations for strength training, 30 cardio machines, InBody & CheckUp measurements, massages, solarium and a unique training on Biostrength machines with artificial intelligence.

We offer jumping lessons for the general public. The course starts in September and January. Regular lessons are open and always listed in the schedule on our website.
