We are a yoga studio located in the heart of Frýdek-Místek. You can expect a modern and design space, a variety of classes and amazing teachers. Leave your worries at the door, roll out your mat and let yourself drift in the rhythm of your breath with yoga asanas.

Fitness only for ladies of all ages. We offer a large number of group classes led by teachers, as well as individual cardio. Whether you want to shed a few extra pounds or just stretch out in a yoga class, you're sure to find something to suit you. You don't have to be shy and avoid the stares of men while exercising.

Private VacuBike studio. Online booking → payment by card/benefits → PIN entry. First visit with operator for explanation and demonstration, further training sessions separately (on request with assistance). VacuBike + infrared (vacuum/pressure) for burning, firming and lymphatic support.
