Operation of the fitness centre.

We provide services of a sports centre. There is a squash court, gym and bowling lanes. We offer 2 bowling lanes for up to 16 players.

Of course, we offer heavy dumbbells and a full range of equipment, including the iconic Booty Builder machines. Professional trainers are also available to assist you.

We offer services in the field of fitness training. We organize fitness training, teaching self-defense and kick and punch techniques for fitness use, personal, group and functional training. We also organize weekend or multi-day conditioning camps.

Ayuryoga gives everyone a suitable guide on how to actively maintain a fully functional and healthy body, mind and soul. The yoga practice is under the guidance of experienced teacher Eva Holušová (a student of yogi MUDr. Jaroslav Šedivý).
