We are a team of trainers and therapists who help people feel better - pain-free, in balance. We specialize in SM system (SPS), DNS, Pilates and yoga. We offer group exercise classes, individual consultations, educational courses and workshops.

The gym covers an area of 240 m2 and is equipped with 34 stations. The spacious rooms are lit by natural light and designed to meet the needs of both beginners and advanced athletes, men and women alike. They are equipped with exercise machines, a cardio zone, and a weight room.
