We organize exercise and intensive classes in aqua aerobics, aerobics, zumba, fit ball, body step and more. We offer exercise classes geared towards moms and kids or babysitting. We provide seminars, workshops and one-day, weekend and weekly events.

We offer personal training, a gym for individual workouts, musculoskeletal assessments, spiral stabilization, nutritional counseling, and TRX. Our offerings also include compensatory training and group classes, and we haven’t forgotten about your children—a kids’ play area is available.

We operate a fitness center. We provide the opportunity to use an air conditioned gym under the guidance of trainers. Squash, pilates, jumping, chiball, overball and zumba are also available. We have changing rooms, showers and a bar offering drinks and supplements suitable for before, during and after exercise.
