We operate a functional training center. In functional training you exercise different muscle parts in different degrees of difficulty and it is up to you what kind of training program you choose.

We focus on stretching, workout, circuit training and Latina exercises.

Our strengths are a wide range of Pilates classes, using knowledge from rehabilitation and physiotherapy (we work with many leading physiotherapists) and a range of fitness exercises for better physical condition-TRX, jumping, zumba, bosu, yoga, piloxing, taebo, as well as nutritional advice.

We provide body contouring, body shaping and complete body care. We offer Vacu Shape vacuum walking machines to eliminate cellulite, reconditioning exercise tables and chairs, vibration trainers, body analysis and phototherapy.

We offer yoga and pilates classes, for beginners and advanced. We cater for the early bird, the night owl, and those who only have time to attend classes at the weekend. We are an international team of great instructors who care about making you feel good. We have plenty of classes in English, too. Looking forward to it!
