We live fitness, but we also love great music. That's why we've mixed sport with music and design and are breaking down the boundaries of conventional training. For us fitness is not just about tuning your body, we want it to be the soundtrack of a new movement.

We run a private fitness club with a personalised approach.

20 minutes with us is like 90 minutes at a regular gym. All inclusive EMS workout with trainer, drink and clothing. During the workout you load your body with natural movement. But every muscle reaction is additionally supported by an electrical impulse. Maximum efficiency.

We focus on stretching, workout, circuit training and Latina exercises.

We operate a women's studio offering fitness, aerobics or exercise and relaxation programs. We offer jumping, power yoga, flexibars, fit ball, pilates, tae-bo, intro, spin gym and more. There is a fully equipped gym with professional staff and an air-conditioned spinning room.

We offer yoga classes, circuit training, HIIT or meditation exercises.

Our strengths are a wide range of Pilates classes, using knowledge from rehabilitation and physiotherapy (we work with many leading physiotherapists) and a range of fitness exercises for better physical condition-TRX, jumping, zumba, bosu, yoga, piloxing, taebo, as well as nutritional advice.
